Overview of the organisational structure and division of responsibilities within Stefnir.

At the AGM meeting of Stefnir hf. on the 11th of March 2022 the following people were elected on to the main board of directors and alternate board of directors.

The board of directors of Stefnir is committed to good corporate governance and endeavours to promote responsible behaviour and corporate culture within Stefnir for the benefit of all the company’s stakeholders.

The purpose, vision and values of Stefnir were established in January 2026 and are now shared across the entire Arion Group.

Stefnir has about 22 specialists in three teams managing a diverse collection of mutual, investment and institutional alternative investment fund marketed towards the public.

Stefnir is a subsidiary of Arion Bank, and a professional team of specialists within Arion Bank’s Human Resources department handles the processing of applications.
