Festi is a leading retail company in Iceland, operating a number of stores under various brands, including Krónan, N1, Elko, and Lyfja.At the beginning of 2014, SÍA II, together with a group of private investors, completed the acquisition of Norvik’s domestic operations, excluding Byko. The acquired operations included retail activities under Kaupás, Elko, and Intersport, as well as the Bakki warehouse and the Expo advertising agency. The buyer in the transaction was Festi hf., which was wholly owned by SF V slhf., with SÍA II as its largest shareholder.In August 2018, the sale of Festi to N1 was finalized, after which the parent company adopted the name Festi.

Skeljungur was founded in 1928 as an oil company and at that time operated service stations under the Shell brand. Today, the company operates, among other things, the car wash chain Löður, the Klettur service center, and fuel stations under the Orkan brand. Its operations extend across the entire country.
In January 2014, SÍA II led a group of investors in the acquisition of Skeljungur. The company was listed on the stock exchange in December 2016.

Verne Global operates a data center campus in Reykjanesbær. The company provides its customers with secure and scalable data center solutions powered exclusively by renewable energy.SÍA II participated in share capital increases in December 2014 and again in mid-2015. At the end of 2021, the fund sold its ownership stake in the company.

Kynnisferðir was founded in 1968 and is one of Iceland’s largest and oldest travel companies. From the outset, the company has been a leader in organized day tours around Iceland. It operates, among other services, coach tours under the Reykjavík Excursions brand and the Flybus airport transfer service.In 2020, Kynnisferðir merged with Eldey. Through the merger, a new revenue stream related to leisure activities was added to the company, and the group was subsequently renamed Icelandia.
