Terra was founded in 1983 as Íslenska Gámafélagið and operates in waste management and environmental services, serving both companies and municipalities. The company operates nationwide, with its main facilities located in the capital area. The Terra group consists of Terra Environmental Services, Terra Units, Tæki.is, and Öryggisgirðingar ehf.
SÍA III invested in Terra hf. in June 2017.
HD, formerly Hamar, was founded in 1998 and operates in the metal technology industry, providing maintenance and repair services to companies and institutions. Its largest customers operate within the fisheries sector, heavy industry, and the energy and utilities sectors.
In 2021, the company completed the acquisition of three smaller companies, including Deili ehf. The companies were merged under a new name and brand in 2022.
SÍA III invested in HD in May 2018.
Lyfja was founded in 1996 and is today one of Iceland’s most extensive pharmacy chains, operating all around the country. The company also runs the pharmaceutical wholesaler Heilsu.
SÍA III invested in Lyfja in 2018, and the sale to Festi was completed in July 2024.
Men&Mice is an established software company operating in the DDI network solutions market. Its customers have included many of the world’s largest companies, such as Microsoft, AT&T, FedEx, and Unilever.
SÍA III invested in Men&Mice in 2019 and sold its stake to BlueCat Networks in May 2023.
